The space
You will fall in love with this home as it oozes hospitality, a new modern farmhouse, with a touch of rustic charm. Located on a little over 1 acre, in a beautiful neighborhood, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has a lot to offer! Enjoy the views of the Black Hills, including Crow Peak from the patio. Walk inside to the main level and notice the vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and gorgeous light fixtures. The stunning kitchen has ample space, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, as well as, additional wall ovens, and a 36’ full stove for the chefs in your family! Access the covered patio through the dining room, great for entertaining on those warm summer nights. Walk from the garage directly into the laundry room. The finished 4-stall garage is heated with a drain, hot/cold capabilities in the sink & an Elec Vehicle level 2 charger.
Our home is very accessible with No Steps to enter the main level of the home, whether you are in the garage, on the patio, or entering from the front door! There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, including a Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that is all ADA. The other bedroom and main bathroom are on the other side of the home. Downstairs is finished with a spacious family room, a wet bar, a full-size refrigerator, a very nice air hockey table, two spacious bedrooms, and one full bathroom.
*Next to the garage is an allocated paved space for your camper or trailer including full RV hookups just plug into the 50 amp elec, water & sewer! You’ll want to notify me prior if your bring a camper. *Extra fee will apply for more guest.
Entertain on the covered 14×22 patio with the additional 14×18 stamped concrete patio where you can enjoy the hot tub. The backyard is very spacious, peaceful & has a beautiful panoramic view.
The front patio is covered. Your coffee in the mornings will just taste fantastic as you drink & take in the morning views.
We have hosted people with allergies & chemical sensitivities. We do not use air fresheners, added scents, or harsh chemicals for this purpose in our home.
This home will surely be pleasing with the extensive luxury amenities not mentioned! Surprises are the best!

Hot Tub has a copper sanitizer system PLEASE View the House manual in the app prior to using the hot tub.
Two walk-in tile showers on the main level Tub/shower combo in lower level only. The Master bathroom shower includes a built-in bench.
No shoes on carpet areas ( bedrooms & lower level)
We use our home. Items may be left in the refrigerator, ( butter, ketchup, mustard, etc.) and pantry ( oil, sugar, flour creamer, popcorn, local ground coffee, coffee pods, etc.) your able to use them.
The lower level has a visible wine cellar cupboard. (Use and replace) If you prefer us to remove the stocked items prior to your stay please let me know, your sobriety is more important to me !

******Sleep 16 ******* is only if you’re bringing your camper/RV to utilize our full RV hookups, or using our cots ( details below) and if you are adventurous there is plenty of room for tents in the backyard and/or on the covered patio. Please let us know if an RV will be there when you book. I would want to make sure the house is fully stocked for all guests.
We do have several super heavy-duty single or bunk bed cots available. Each adult cot is a 500lb limit. Kids cot is a 200lb limit let us know how many you will need.
This home is in a controlled community. Absolutely no parties or you will be asked to leave prior to your check out day. Please keep noise to a minimal to respect all neighbors. No smoking in the house or garage. (All cigarettes need to be property disposed of)
Do not park in the street.
