With five private en-suite bedrooms, everyone has their own comfortable space to unwind. Gather around the large, fully stocked kitchen for meals together, relax in the open living area, or soak in the private hot tub after a day on the trails or slopes.
Roundup Lodge is thoughtfully stocked with the everyday necessities and little extras that make your stay feel easy. From a well-equipped kitchen to quality linens, towels, and household essentials, we’ve taken care of the details so you can spend less time packing and planning and more time enjoying your vacation.
Adventure is right outside your door. Terry Peak, snowmobile and ATV trails, golf, and some of the Black Hills’ favorite attractions are all within easy reach. Back at the lodge, you’ll have a three-stall garage with an EV charger, plenty of room for your vehicles and adventure gear, and access to the Powder House Pass clubhouse and pools.

Designed with Comfort in Mind
Newly built with modern finishes and a touch of rustic Black Hills charm, Roundup Lodge offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout for families and groups of all ages.
The main level is step-free, with no steps required when entering from the front door, garage, or patio. Two private en-suite bedrooms are conveniently located on this level, making them especially comfortable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional private en-suite bedrooms, along with a bunk room with its own en-suite bathroom and TV. A second living area gives everyone even more room to spread out, complete with an air hockey table, TV, and sofa sleeper—a great space for kids, teens, or a little friendly competition.
In addition to the three-stall garage, there is designated extra parking for additional vehicles and adventure gear.
We also understand that the little details can make a big difference. Roundup Lodge has welcomed guests with allergies and chemical sensitivities, so we intentionally avoid air fresheners, added fragrances, and harsh cleaning chemicals in the home. The hot tub requires appropriate water-treatment products for proper sanitation and is the exception.
Our goal is simple: to create a beautiful, comfortable place where your whole group can settle in, feel at home, and enjoy everything the Black Hills has to offer.
Other Things to Note
You’re welcome to use the everyday items we keep on hand, such as cooking oil, coffee, coffee pods, creamer, simple condiments, and other pantry basics. Make yourself at home and enjoy what is available.
If you would prefer that any alcoholic beverages be removed prior to your arrival, just let us know and we’ll gladly accommodate your request. Your comfort and well-being are more important to us than having those items available.

To help us keep Roundup Lodge clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to remove shoes in carpeted areas, including the bedrooms and upper level.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home or garage. If smoking outdoors, please properly dispose of all cigarette waste.
Roundup Lodge is located in the Powder House Pass community. For everyone’s safety and in accordance with community guidelines, street parking is not permitted. Please use the garage and designated parking areas provided at the property.
